Day 1 — Strategic Foundation

Day 1 is about getting clear on where you are, where you're going, and what's standing in the way.

Working with an EAP facilitator, you'll define or refine your Core Vision, build your 3-Year Objective Map, set your 1-Year Goals, surface and prioritize every issue and risk facing the business, and lock in your 90-Day Rocks with named owners and success criteria.

The methodology draws on the EOS/Traction framework — including V/TO structure, IDS (Identify, Discuss, Solve) problem-solving, and the Level 10 Meeting accountability cadence — adapted for the realities of contracting and materials businesses.

Day 2 — Sales Effectiveness & Financial Clarity

Day 2 connects your strategy to your sales organization and your financial reality.

The morning is dedicated to the OMG SEIA — a full team debrief of aggregate findings, individual competency reviews, and the construction of a 90-Day Sales Development Roadmap built directly from the data.
